Verified home measurements are a big priority in the Calgary real estate market. After we have completed a Matterport Home Walk Through you can add verified home measurements and have a complete floor plan of the home. The floor plan and measurements are within 2% accuracy for a fraction of the cost of having this done traditionally.
A complete floor plan, along with the virtual tour, is like having a roadmap for a trip. The floor plan provides a context so you can easily see how the entire home fits together after you complete the virtual tour.
The home floor plan also allows clients to know how much space they have and if their existing furniture will fit. The more your client can imagine living in their new home, the more likely you will close a sale! This optional feature starts at $100.
